Delete Your Account

MeetMyPace Ltd — Data deletion request

You can permanently delete your MeetMyPace account and all associated personal data at any time. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, display name, photo, and preferences
• Your match history and swipe data
• All chat messages you have sent or received
• Your push notification token
• Your event bookings and ticket records

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by UK financial law, but are not linked to any identifiable account after deletion.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the MeetMyPace app:

1. Open the MeetMyPace app
2. Tap Profile (bottom-right tab)
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address associated with your account:

Email support@meetmypace.co.uk

Include the email address on your account in the message. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days, in line with our obligations under UK GDPR.
